Combined with the business experiencing their next phase of growth and consumer demand, we are actively recruiting for a Night Shift Operations Manager to oversee and manage a high performing shift.

As the Night Shift Manager, you will be at the forefront of the organisation's night operations, working in a fast-paced environment where you will have to take ownership and responsibility on shift. You'll be working as a leader to inspire and motivate your very own department where you will have various objectives and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* People Management - Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards
* Continuous Improvement - Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and minimise waste
* Health and Safety - Ensure products are being delivered safely whilst maintaining high-quality
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team

Requirements?
We are looking to speak with ambitious and highly motivated individuals that have operated as a Production Manager or Shift Management level that are seeking an opportunity to step up.
Food experience is a MUST.
