A pivotal and figure the with a lead role in the Technical and Food Safety department. As the Technical Manager you'll be personable character with dynamic and motivating leadership skills.

You'll have the skills and knowledge to manage and develop, the forerunner of continuous quality improvement, a confident communicator, manage third party relationships and accreditations and without compromising on delivering excellence and high standards in service.
If people management and team development is your forte - you'll love the people piece and team management of the role!

You'll be responsible for driving technical standards and governance in line with best practice and technical distinction across the business.

If you are passionate about food safety, forward thinking and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast moving environment this will be a great opportunity to share your talent and technical know how.

As the successful candidate you must have previous experience in a similar role and industry, HACCP Level 4, Food Hygiene Level 4 qualified, experience in liaising with customer technical contacts in depth knowledge of third party accreditation standards, customer and supplier engagement.
