NPD Manager

Overview:

Looking for an NPD Manager to drive innovation and liaise with key retail customers.

The Candidate:

Ideally you will have a Food Science related degree or equivalent. The right candidate will be able to exemplify successful product launches. Experience in the expectations of UK retailers is essential to this role. A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking attitude will certainly take you far within this business. Management experience is not essential; however, you will need to demonstrate a successful track record of working in UK food manufacturing NPD teams and multiple successful product launches.

The Role:

You will have responsibility of product launches beginning at concept all the way through to handover alongside a team of Process technologists. There will be an expectation to keep up to date with all the current trends within your category. Working closely with the customers you will gain an understanding of their expectations and ensure best processes are delivered. Successful deliver on concept, creation, and development, working cross functionally. Role will report into the Head of NPD with key relationships in technical, production and commercial.
