Job Title: Late Shift Quality Manager
Location: North West London Area
Salary: Up to circa £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

About the Role:
Our client, a well-established food manufacturer in North West London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join their team for a late shift role. If you have a strong background in food manufacturing and a passion for quality assurance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the quality assurance team during the late shift to ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and reviews to monitor and improve food safety and quality processes.
• Work closely with production teams to provide guidance on quality and safety issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and company policies.  

About You:

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager within a food manufacturing environment is essential.
• Background in a bakery setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work the late shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday).
