Reed Food and FMCG are currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Inspector to join a fast-growing Food & FMCG company in Bicester.

Our client is looking for someone who has experience within the Food & FMCG industry, specifically in Quality Assurance. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company who really take pride in their products and look after their employees.

Job Title: Quality Assurance

Location: Bristol

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £28,000 Per Annum

Responsibilities:

• Completing audits on metal detector records to ensure that they are being used correctly and by team members with the correct level of training.
• Carrying out quality assessments on products and processes, ensuring any deviations from specification or QAS are highlighted and resolved.
• Completing spot checks throughout the production line process to demonstrate adherence to specification and tolerances.
• Monitoring paperwork completing during production to ensure it remains in line with our compliance

Person Specification

• A knowledge of food processing
• Experience in food manufacturing
• The ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
