We are working with a leader in their sector, and we are looking for a skilled Technical, Quality and Compliance Manager to join their team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior colleagues to ensure the business complies with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Manage and enhance quality management systems, ensuring products meet customer requirements and legal standards.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams across their sites to drive consistency and improvements.
• Ensure all third-party growers and suppliers adhere to ethical and production standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical and quality-related customer issues, including managing audits, customer visits, and technical reviews.
• Collaborate on product development projects to drive innovation and improve product quality.
• Oversee customer systems, databases, and develop specific technical development plans.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Compliance, ideally within horticulture, agriculture, or food production.
• Strong understanding of industry and legal quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise with both internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and respond swiftly to quality concerns.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and processes.
