Technical, Quality and Compliance Manager/ West Sussex

Are you passionate about driving quality and ensuring compliance across an innovative and dynamic business? We are working with a leader in their sector, and we are looking for a skilled Technical, Quality and Compliance Manager to join their team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior colleagues to ensure the business complies with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Manage and enhance quality management systems, ensuring products meet customer requirements and legal standards.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams across their sites to drive consistency and improvements.
- Ensure all third-party growers and suppliers adhere to ethical and production standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for technical and quality-related customer issues, including managing audits, customer visits, and technical reviews.
- Collaborate on product development projects to drive innovation and improve product quality.
- Oversee customer systems, databases, and develop specific technical development plans.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Compliance, ideally within horticulture, agriculture, or food production.
- Strong understanding of industry and legal quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise with both internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and respond swiftly to quality concerns.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and processes.
