Process Technician - Dairy

Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm / 10am – 6pm Rotating Shifts

Swillington, Leeds

Reporting into the Production & Warehouse Manager, the Process Technician plays a key role to drive continuous improvement; supporting and enabling our operators to take ownership of their work area.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Successful weekly CI meetings; driven by OEE data Quantification of production improvement activities (e.g. yield, technical reliability) which are reflected in Continuous Improvement programme Delivery of consistent high TPM standards and development in the team Definition of process to improve technical standards including TPM/ H&S / GMP Coaching operators to drive performance

Who are we looking for?

• A holder of Dairy Science qualifications (or working towards) and associated industry experience Demonstrable experience of coaching and driving performance with Dairy operators Qualified to apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques Proactive, independent with high levels of initiative and drive A clear and professional communicator you will work well with colleagues at all levels and across all disciplines to ensure the smooth running of the site A role model of Dairygold’s Values & Behaviours

You will work rotating shifts 6am – 2pm/ 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
