Are you passionate about quality and food safety in the fresh produce sector? We are seeking a dedicated Technical Manager to lead their quality and technical team. If you have experience in quality assurance and a drive for excellence, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Motivate and develop the Technical and Quality team to achieve excellence.
- Quality Management: Ensure product safety and maintain the highest BRC accreditation standards.
- Customer Relations: Manage site-based customer technical management, addressing complaints, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Process Improvement: Lead technically focused projects to enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in a science-related discipline preferred.
- Experience: Retail/fresh produce environment experience required.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and managerial skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
