What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of production, material, and logistics planning for a product with a short shelf life, so expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For
We need that “Planning Go-To” person mentioned earlier! Here’s what will make you a great fit:

• Experience in Food or FMCG Manufacturing is essential. This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who’s been there, done that.
• Current Planning Role: You’re a central player in your team, possibly leading by example with your expertise—even if you don’t have the “manager” title just yet.
• Leadership or Mentorship Skills: While formal management experience isn’t a must, we’d love someone who’s helped others grow and enjoys mentoring.
• Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with Excel and have experience with planning software like ERP or MRP systems.
