Learning & Development Manager – Food Manufacturing
Salary: Up to £45k DOE
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Location: East Midlands / South Yorkshire

We are recruiting an experienced Learning & Development Manager on behalf of our client, a leading company in the UK food manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of L&D strategies to support business objectives.
• Assess training needs and create tailored learning programs to enhance employee performance.
• Manage and deliver effective training sessions for staff across all levels.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve L&D initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements within food manufacturing.  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an L&D role within food manufacturing in the UK.
• Strong understanding of the operational and compliance challenges in the food industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage change.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
