NPD Technologist

Are you excited about creating new food products and enhancing existing ones? We're looking for a passionate NPD Technologist to join a leading bakery manufacturer based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine creativity with technical expertise in a fun and dynamic environment.

In this role, you'll focus on both New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD), giving you the chance to innovate and refine. As the driving force behind NPD, you'll take the lead on projects that bring new product ideas to life, from initial concept all the way through to launch. Your creativity and vision will be key in developing products that excite and delight customers.

At the same time, you'll work on EPD projects, ensuring that our existing products remain at the forefront of the market. This dual focus will allow you to develop a broad skill set, gaining hands-on experience in everything from product and process development to packaging innovation. Working closely with the NPD Manager, you'll be an integral part of the team, making a real impact on the success and efficiency of our NPD efforts.

The opportunity is paying up to £35,000 and offers a good package and opportunity to work with a lovely bunch of people.

To excel in this role, you'll need previous experience in NPD or Process, along with the confidence to manage projects independently.
