Job Details

As a Technical Administrator, you’ll protect the integrity of product data, keeping it as accurate as possible. You will help with the technical aspects of product development, launches and supplier performance.

Key Accountabilities

  • Creating specification templates
  • Conducting supplier performance reviews to monitor nutritional data and reporting on sustainability targets.
  • Help identify and resolve discrepancies in product information. You'll work closely with Technical Managers to investigate and address any issues related to customer complaints.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems (QMS) and support the delivery of timely and accurate reports
  • Supporting product data management
  • Assisting in the review of product information and marketing collateral for accuracy and compliance.
  • Play a key role in improving processes, working with reporting tools and systems to streamline data collection and reporting, and making sure that our systems are as efficient and reliable as possible.

Person Profile

  • A degree in Food Science or Technology is preferred, but equivalent higher education or learning is essential
  • Previous experience in a technical administrative or data analysis role would be advantageous
  • Excellent IT skills are a must, particularly Excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables)
  • You are detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working independently, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across different teams
  • You’re a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to present reports clearly and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills are second nature to you, and you thrive on using your initiative to manage various administrative tasks.
  • You’re adaptable, driven, and focused on ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
