Are you an experienced Hygiene Manager looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturing client for a Nights Hygiene Manager to join their dynamic team.

Position: Nights Hygiene Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 PM - 6 AM
Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Suffolk

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the night hygiene team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Implement and improve hygiene procedures, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient production while maintaining stringent hygiene controls.
• Manage audits and ensure readiness for both internal and external inspections.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven background in hygiene management within the food manufacturing industry, ideally in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and relevant legislation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
