As a Foodie NPD Technologist with us, you'll have the chance to roll up your sleeves and dive into a diverse role where no day is the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and refine new food product concepts.
- Conducting thorough research on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products.
- Formulating recipes and conducting sensory evaluations to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Overseeing pilot-scale production and troubleshooting any production challenges.
- Assisting in the transition of successful concepts into full-scale production.
We're searching for a creative and dedicated individual who:
- Has a genuine passion for food and culinary innovation.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Has a degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Ideally, has prior experience in food product development, but we also welcome recent graduates with the right enthusiasm and skills.
