What will you be DOING?
- Management of Quality Auditors
- Generation and maintenance of the QA planner and related schedules, for example swabbing and finished product micro,
- Delivery of technical training to relevant parties, including CCP training sign off to production,
- Purchasing, calibration and maintenance of technical equipment,
- Manage the technical spreadsheets, for example non-conformances and contamination incident reports to ensure issues are responded to promptly and followed up,
- Logging and review of trends to identify areas of improvement,
What SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE do you need to have?
Essential
- Proficient with using Microsoft office packages
- A good standard of both verbal and written English
- Ability to communicate with members of the Higgidy team at various levels
- Experience in training other staff members, and explaining tasks and reasons behind rules and procedures clearly
- Able to concentrate on tasks, and notice inaccuracies or unlikely anomalies in factory paperwork and in technical data
- Quality or technical experience within a manufacturing environment
- Team management
Desired
- Experience of working within a FMCG environment would be desirable
- Level 3 food safety and HACCP qualification
- Knowledge and experience of working with equipment, and proof of COSHH training
