As the Production Shift Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the organisation's operations, working within a fast-paced environment where you will be required to inspire and motivate your team to meet and exceed expectations.

The business is going through a new phase of growth and this will be an exciting opportunity for the right Shift Manager to make a huge impact on site!

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards
* Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and minimise waste
* Ensure products are being delivered safely whilst maintaining high-quality
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team

Shift Structure:
4 on 4 off (days)
OR
4 on 4 off (nights)

Requirements?
* We are looking to speak with ambitious and highly motivated individuals that have operated at Team Leader, Supervisor or Shit Management level that are seeking an opportunity to step up.
* Manufacturing experience is a MUST
