The Role:

As the Technical Manager, you will be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), responsible for managing site technical functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving improvements across the site. The facility is highly automated, well-maintained, and runs six days a week. You’ll be leading a small but dedicated technical team, working closely with operations to maintain and enhance production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical functions at the manufacturing site.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and audit standards.
• Lead improvements in production efficiency and reduce rework.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Mentor and develop the technical team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Technical Manager in the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience working at a senior leadership level.
• A degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
