The Role
Delivery of daily packing plan ensuring all orders are packed to customer specification within agreed time restraints and KPIs. Provide feedback on performance including successes and failure of plans or precautions. Ensure effective communication through their departments of Health & Safety activities.
About You
- 1 years' experience working within a production facility or relevant skills and/or qualification
- Experience packing on a line or similar type of work
- Knowledge of fresh produce packing requirements
- Understanding of fresh produce quality expectations
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Good understanding of written English
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with a variety of cross-functional team members
- Competent in problem-solving
- Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Fresh ware , D365
