What You'll Do:

* Manage Key Accounts: Build and nurture strong relationships for branded and own brand labels.
* Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities within existing accounts and develop targeted sales strategies to increase market share.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various teams both internally and externally, building relationships for effective delivery.
* Performance Reporting: Effectively communicating status, highlighting sales performance and targets, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in national account management, specifically with larger retailers and convenience stores. This is essential to this role
* Strong background in selling food products, ideally short shelf-life food products or perishables.
* Ability to produce financial and volume forecasts, projecting sales figures.
* Commercially focused: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
* A proactive, results-oriented approach and exceptional communication abilities.
