Location: Norwich
Shift: 4 on 4 off Days
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a forward-thinking, innovative company. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new operation where you'll work within a dynamic environment that values continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing:
- Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of modern machinery.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure optimal production performance.
- Carry out routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure machinery is running efficiently and safely at all times.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.

What we're looking for:
- Multi Skilled with hands-on experience maintaining and repairing machinery in the manufacturing or food production sectors.
- Strong expertise in electrical systems, control panels, automation, and fault diagnosis.
- Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, and other automated systems is highly desirable.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.
