This role, in the Bakery Category now seeks to use your passion and pay you for it.

You’ll be part of a team with a single focus.

To create the best desserts for UK consumers to purchase in the UK retail market and be responsible for the following areas:

• Concept to launch management of blue-sky concepts.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of factory trials
• Costing of concepts to ensure margin and briefs are achieved on time and in full
• Oversee analytical product testing

Report to senior managers with outcomes of trails and new recipe improvements

You will be ready to apply the 3-5 years’ experience you have combined with your food science degree in order to broaden your capabilities and take on more responsibility.
