Technical Coordinator FTC/Part-Time

In this role you'll ensure product safety, efficiency, quality and compliance.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitoring of complaint notifications and direct customer contact to provide the best customer care and positive resolutions.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure that all serious incidents which have been reported by customers are thoroughly investigated enabling the provision of a meaningful customer response to provide reassurance. 
• Monitor emerging trends, provide early escalation to the technical team and suppliers and, meet new timescales from receipt of notification to closure. 
• Completion of product specification
• Helping to maintain BRC Agents and Brokers

Person Profile

• A food related qualification
• Previous experience with technical documentation
• A good team player
• Able to prioritise and work on own initiative
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
