Position: Hygiene Manager

💼 Reporting to: Technical Manager
💥 Key Role: Leading the hygiene department and driving standards across the site!

As the Hygiene Manager, you'll be at the heart of the technical function, ensuring the hygiene operations meet the highest quality standards. You will:

✅ Lead the hygiene department - Oversee all hygiene functions across the site
✅ Coordinate cleaning schedules - Ensure equipment meets QMS & customer standards
✅ Manage the hygiene budget - Stay on top of costs while maintaining top-tier cleanliness
✅ Implement training & procedures - Spread your hygiene expertise across the site
✅ Assist the technical team & audits - Be a key player in BRC & retailer audits
✅ Drive hygiene standards - Consistently raise the bar!

Requirements:

🔹 Proven experience in a similar role
🔹 Strong HACCP & BRC knowledge
🔹 Team management experience
🔹 Previous experience working with retailers is essential
🔹 Experience with ambient products is a bonus!

Salary: £45,000-£55,000
