Job Title: Planned Maintenance Engineer
Location: Midlands
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
Salary: Competitive + benefits
About the Role:
Join our engineering team as a Planned Maintenance Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of equipment in our 24/7 production facility. You’ll develop and implement maintenance strategies, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and boost productivity. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work hands-on with production systems and collaborate across departments to improve KPIs and foster continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Electrical or mechanical qualifications with experience in automated production environments.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, quality assurance, and data analysis.
- Strong teamwork skills to support manufacturing teams and align with operational targets.
