Job Title: Senior Health, Safety & Security (HS&S) Manager

Are you ready to take on a rewarding new challenge? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior HS&S Manager to join a leading food manufacturing company. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in creating a safe, compliant, and sustainable work environment.

In this role, you will minimise the risk to human life and optimise business performance by designing, implementing, and monitoring appropriate risk management, health, safety, and security systems. You will ensure that a safety culture is cultivated across all manufacturing, sales, and supply chain sites. Additionally, you will provide high-level HS&S technical advice and guidance to managers, employees, and other interested parties, reinforcing a positive HS&S culture across all manufacturing sites.

Your responsibilities will also include facilitating, developing, and implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) aligned with ISO 45001:2018 best practices.

Key Requirements:

• University degree in a Health, Safety & Security-related subject or a Level 6 qualification in Health and Safety Practice.
• Graduate Member of IOSH (GRAD IOSH), working towards CMIOSH or IIRSM membership

Experience:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience managing safety at a senior leadership or management level within an FMCG environment.
• Experience in leading and managing other health, safety, and security personnel, such as Safety/Security Officers and Coordinators, at a senior level.
• Proven track record in managing, influencing, communicating, and enforcing health, safety, and security standards.
