About the Technical Assistant job
The Technical Assistant will be responsible for achieving and maintaining all relevant retailer accreditation, ensuring food safety standards are maintained with relevant staff training, implementation of HACCP & Quality Management System procedures and TACCP and Food Security.
Key tasks
- Oversee and manage 3rd party audits, BRC and food safety.
- Be the key point of contact for audit related queries both internally and externally.
- Ensure all the relevant documentation is maintained and recorded accurately.
- Ensure technical documentation is available when requested to appropriate bodies or internal departments.
About You
- Experience from a technical related role in food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of auditing process and requirements.
- Good understanding of BRC auditing and standards.
- Internal audit qualification.
