Job Title: Manufacturing/ Production Team Leader & Supervisors

Sector: Food Manufacturing

Salaries: Competitive, Depending on Role

Location: Fife

Contract Term: Immediate start, through to Mid-Jan 2025 (potential for permanent role)

Shifts: Days, 4 on 4 off

Protea Recruitment is seeking experienced Manufacturing/ Production Team Leaders and Supervisors for temporary/FTC roles within the food manufacturing sector. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in people management and food manufacturing experience (preferred), available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise manufacturing teams in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met
  • Manage shift operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee day-to-day activities on the production floor

We are interested in candidates with experience in roles such as:

  • Production Team Leader, Production Lead
  • Operations Team Lead, Manufacturing Coordinator
  • Shift Leader, Production Supervisor
  • Operations Supervisor, Shift Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Proven people management experience (essential)
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing (preferred)
  • Available for immediate start
  • Ability to commit to temporary/FTC roles with the potential to go permanent
