Senior Food Technologist - Exclusive

Our client, a prominent company in the UK food manufacturing sector, is seeking a Senior Food Technologist to join their team in Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to make a significant impact within the product development team.

In this role, you will oversee your own projects from the initial chef handover through to third-party supplier product sign-off and final launch. Your primary responsibility will be to support the New Product Development (NPD) function, ensuring that all products meet stringent food legislation and labeling requirements. Attention to detail will be key, as you'll play a vital role in maintaining the quality and compliance of all products.

To thrive in this position, you should have a solid background in UK food manufacturing with NPD or Technical, along with a relevant UK food-related degree. Proficiency in computer applications and excellent organisational skills are essential for managing multiple projects effectively.
