Are you an Engineering Maintenance Manager with a passion for Food / FMCG and a proven track record in fast-paced environments? Our client, a well-known name in it's industry, is making waves with a significant investment. They're seeking a seasoned professional like you to ride the wave of growth and innovation as their Engineering Maintenance Manager.

The Role:

As the Engineering Maintenance Manager, you'll be on the front line of a critical department within this rapidly evolving FMCG business. Your expertise in maintaining and improving machinery and equipment in similar environments will be instrumental in ensuring our operations run as smoothly as a finely crafted beverage.

Responsibilities:

Leverage your FMCG background to lead and inspire a team of maintenance professionals. Apply your extensive experience to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs that align with business growth trajectory. Utilise your troubleshooting prowess to resolve equipment-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime. Optimise maintenance schedules, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. Take charge of the maintenance budget, ensuring every pound is invested wisely. Champion safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.

Requirements:

A solid Food or FMCG background is a must, with a proven track record in maintenance management, ideally within a manufacturing/production environment. Your leadership skills should be as strong as your technical abilities, inspiring your team to deliver their best. Your experience in fast-paced environments equips you with exceptional problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in FMCG will be essential. Your adaptability and composure in high-pressure situations are key. You have a taste for continuous improvement and innovation.  It would be highly advantageous if you have either Packing or Bagging experience and exposure to Rovema Packaging Machinery.
