Are you an experienced Production Manager with a passion for delivering excellence in food manufacturing? We’re recruiting for a leading food production company based in Wrexham that’s looking for a hands-on and dedicated professional to join their dynamic team.

The Role

As Production Manager, you will oversee a team of approximately 25 employees, driving efficiency and maintaining the highest quality standards across operations. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of the factory, working closely with the Site Manager and leading by example on the shop floor.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing production teams on rotating shifts (6 am–2 pm and 2 pm–10 pm).
• Ensuring adherence to health & safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Collaborating with the Site Manager to achieve production targets and goals.
• Fostering a positive, motivated team culture while identifying training and development opportunities.
• Troubleshooting and resolving operational challenges to maintain seamless production.

• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in food production processes and factory environments.
• Leadership: Strong skills in managing and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Practicality: A willingness to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team when needed.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working rotating shifts (6-2/2-10).
• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
