Key Accountabilities

  • Be the go-to commercial partner for key retail customers, building and nurturing relationships that drive mutual success.
  • Create and deliver strategic business plans to exceed budget goals for your product categories.
  • Own P&L responsibilities, ensuring sustainable profitability while hitting ambitious targets.
  • Craft and negotiate commercial deals with precision, drafting supply contracts that set new benchmarks.
  • Dive deep into market and category data to uncover growth opportunities and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Product Development, Technical, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to bring innovative products to market and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Lead joint business planning efforts by understanding customer goals and aligning them with our vision.
  • Manage relationships across diverse markets, adapting strategies to deliver exceptional outcomes for each unique partnership.
