This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, respected company during a time of significant growth! We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to take the lead on launching an exciting new brand. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s future, driving growth, and delivering a comprehensive commercial strategy. This hands-on role involves everything from project managing the brand launch and marketing activities to building and nurturing client relationships.

Key Accountabilities

Key responsibilities include analysing market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and developing marketing strategies that align with business goals. You'll work closely with internal teams, such as NPD, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration and execution. Success in this role will require a proactive mindset, strong leadership, and a passion for bringing new ideas to market.

Personal Profile

3+ years of sales or commercial experience, ideally in branded food or the hotel market.

Proven track record in account management, new business development, and driving growth.

Strong leadership skills, with a knack for motivating teams and taking ownership of the brand.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and a strategic focus.

A problem-solver with good judgment and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Ability to produce accurate financial forecasts and sales projections.

Eligible to work in the UK with a full, clean driving license.
