I’m looking for a talented Interim Head of Technical to lead one of our client’s technical teams through an exciting and challenging period. As the festive season approaches, you'll play a key role in ensuring that their products are delivered on time for Christmas – a crucial time for our client and their customers.

What’s the challenge?
As Interim Head of Technical, you’ll be at the heart of technical operations; ensuring food safety, quality, and compliance are always top-notch. You’ll be leading a skilled team to ensure the site is ready to deliver high-quality products to customers in time for the holidays. It’s not just about maintaining standards – it’s about improving processes, driving efficiencies, and making sure that the site is fully prepared to meet seasonal demand.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

• Lead & Inspire a team of technical experts, especially as they gear up for the busy festive season.
• Drive Food Safety & Quality ensuring compliance with BRC, HACCP, and FSA.
• Optimize Processes to improve efficiency and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
• Ensure Compliance & Quality with all audits, inspections, and customer standards.
