Job Title: QA Intake Stock Controller 

 

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 06.00 – 15.00. 

 

On Site

 

Job Purpose:

 

To assist in the management of product delivery and to control the delivery of the products to internal departments. 

 

Principal Accountabilities:

 

  • To work alongside the Intake Controller to ensure all technical and company procedures are followed.
  • To ensure all documentation and checks are carried out correctly in a timely manner.
  • To deputise for the Intake Controller
  • To give support and guidance to internal stakeholders to maintain and improve the sites technical and operational standards. 

 

Principal Responsibilities

 

  • To ensure daily compliance to the Intake procedure.
  • To ensure product traceability is maintained.
  • To manage and control all stock moments from Intake to delivery to internal departments.
  • To ensure all daily operational tasks are completed correctly and on time.
  • To assist in site compliance audits and customer visits. .  
  • To ensure all KPI information is recorded, actuate to meet our legal and customer expectations.
  • To provide coaching and training. To undertake any reasonable tasks when required to do so.
