Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Bias

Are you an engineer with a desire to manage but aren't being offered the opportunity to? If so, then this may be the job for you!
A very exciting opportunity has arisen with a food manufacturer and is solely a Monday-Friday position with zero shift work and standard hours!
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and implement the group engineering and maintenance strategy,
- Implement and maintain reactive maintenance procedures.
- Monitor departmental performance and take action to ensure targets are met.
- Lead on investment projects and automation opportunities.
- Ensure colleagues (and new starters) are given the training, support and development they need to succeed in their role.
- Member of H&S committee
- Implement and maintain company BRCGS, HACCP and other relevant procedures.
- Carry out Internal Systems Audits (ISAs) and other internal audits.
Personal Profile.
- Leadership skills and abilities/Desire to manage
- Confident with decision making abilities.
- Food experience is a MUST
- Organised and diligent
- Electrical Biased - Must have 18th Edition
- Management experience preferable but not essential
- NEBOSH Certified
- Exposure to automated environments
