* People Management - lead, motivate and offer appropriate training to the team
* Production Management - coordinate and oversee production schedules to meet customer demands
* Health and Safety - implement and promote a safe working environment
* Quality - ensure products are delivered to a high standard
* Continuous Improvement - engage with internal departments to drive operational improvements
