Company

From market stall to sushi hall

After years working as a chef in Asia, our founder, Mr Kim sensed an opportunity to offer high quality sushi and flavourful hot bento meals to the UK. He started from a stall in Camden Market over 20 years ago, everything made with tasty, authentic ingredients. Today that passion for delicious Asian food remains, whether it’s served in our restaurants, or through our range of meals to enjoy at home or at work.

The mission was as simple then as it is today; to bring full on Asian flavour to everyone. Over ten years later, all that’s changed is a bigger, better range and a whole load more fans.

Come Roll With Us!

At Wasabi, we lovingly create and serve delicious Asian food to a busy nation, and everyone who works here is dedicated to this single purpose. Quality and authenticity are the basis for our sushi, our flavourful bento dishes and our ready meals.

Whether you are joining the team in our Restaurants, our dedicated Production facility or in one of the support teams, working here means becoming part of the Wasabi family. Our Wasabi Behaviours guide us in the way we interact with our customers, our suppliers and each other.

  • We are Passionate
  • We are Adaptable
  • We are Responsible
  • We are a Team

If these strike a chord with you, check out our current vacancies and become a part of the Wasabi family!
