£71,500 including Car Allowance plus Bonus up to 10% plus Healthcare.

Overview: We are recruiting for a talented Regional Technical Services Manager to ensure compliance is maintained and strategies are delivered for a hugely successful food manufacturing business.

This would be an ideal role for an established Technical Services Manager who has a passion for coaching and development.

The Candidate:

• Ideally you will be Degree qualified or equivalent, with several years’ experience in a Technical Systems Management role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Customer and industry food standards including BRC, HACCP legislation, 3rd party, and audits will be your bread and butter.
• Strong relationships with UK retailers.
• You should have had responsibility for multiple sites and/or depots.  
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritize work.
• You will have excellent computer skills and have a logical and practical approach to work and projects.

The Role:

• Operating as part of the Senior Leadership Team for the business ensuring all technical compliance requirements for your region are met.
• Responsibility for strategies in line with the business and retailers needs.
• Coaching and developing the technical departments are a major part of this business. You will be leading this.
• Ensuring each site is approved to industry standards. 
• Build and develop strong relationship cross functionally across the group.
• As the Regional Technical Services Manager, you will be driving forward the food safety and compliance culture.
• Maintaining the filing of all factory paperwork in conjunction with the operations and technical teams
