Production Team Leader

Reed Food & FMCG are currently supporting a brilliant business in Greater London who are looking for Production Team Leaders to join their team.

My client are looking for someone who has management experience within the Food or FMCG industry and is skilled at building up teams. Food experience is preferred however is it not essential, management qualities in this sector is the key to be successful in this role.

This role is day shifts - 4 days on & 4 days off. 7am - 7pm.

You will be responsible for the manufacturing environment and processes to achieve business goals. Priority tasks of the role include executing production schedules and allocating resources to produce safe and legally compliant products efficiently and cost effectively. To deliver success and growth by engaging and developing your team capacity and capability.

Day Shifts: (7am - 7pm, 4 days on, 4 days off)

Candidate specification:

• 2+ years in leadership roles responsible for small teams
• 2+ years in FMCG food industry preferable
• Strong character, ability to lead from the front
