Are you ready to join a market leader in the fresh produce industry?


We're looking for a superstar technical coordinator to become a vital part of the Technical Team based in Maidstone. You will play a crucial role in supporting suppliers and global Auditing Managers to deliver food safety and ethical audits across over 500 sites in 40 countries annually. This is 12 month fixed term contract.


Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support the delivery of the group auditing schedule alongside the Auditing Co-Ordination Manager.
* Liaise with auditing teams and suppliers to schedule audits, ensuring compliance with relevant audit requirements.
* Monitor and maintain supplier packhouse due diligence records throughout the supply period.
* Report on packhouse compliance status across customer technical platforms.
* Manage internal databases and produce periodic KPI reports with trend analysis and actionable insights.
* Conduct supplier recall and traceability exercises.

Key Skills and Experience
* A university degree or equivalent qualification would be ideal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in the fresh produce sector.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a deadline-driven work ethic.
