Zest Recruitment are partnering with a highly respected food manufacturer that hold a national presence with the major retailers.
Due to continue growth on site, our client is looking to onboard a Weekend Production Shift Manager to lead and grow an ambitious department whilst improving the main major multiples on site.
SHIFTS:
Weekly rotation of days and nights
-FRIDAY
-SATURDAY
-SUNDAY
The business is highly recognised for a combination of consistently delivering high quality products nationally but also developing its people. This will be a great opportunity for the right individual to take ownership of a department and work closely within an ambitious leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
People Management - Lead and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards
Continuous Improvement - Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and minimise waste
Health and Safety - Ensure products are being delivered safely whilst maintaining high-quality
Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team
As the Weekend Production Shift Manager you will truly have the opportunity to make your mark within the industry as there will be plenty opportunities for ownership of projects that will result in a positive impact across the business.
Requirements?
For this role, we will be looking to speak with those that have demonstrated leadership experience within the food industry.
If you're currently working as a Supervisor/ Shift Manager/ Production Manager and hold the motivation and believe that you can take the lead of a fast-paced department, this may be the time to take the leap!
