Are you an experienced export professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re partnering with an established food business in Liverpool that’s looking for someone with your expertise to manage their end-to-end export supply chain process.

About the Role
This is a key position within the supply chain team, where you’ll be overseeing the process of delivering products to customers across the globe. From managing the drop shipment process to coordinating with logistics partners and ensuring documentation is accurate, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods.

It's a busy, fast-paced role and, while you will be given training and plenty of support, we’re looking for somebody who can hit the ground running.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the drop shipment process, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including commercial, planning, and factory teams.
• Handling all shipping and regulatory documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Building strong relationships with customers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders.
• Identifying ways to improve efficiency across the supply chain.

About You
You will a strong background in export supply chain management, ideally gained within the food or FMCG sector, and we’re keen to hear from anybody with the following skills and experience:

• A solid understanding of the drop shipment process and export logistics.]
• Excellent organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities across diverse teams and cultures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (experience with SAP is a bonus).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to prioritise effectively.
