Job Opportunity: Quality Supervisor (Bradford)
£30k+ DOE | Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading FMCG company based in Bradford. They are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to join their dynamic team in a pivotal role.

As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality standards within the production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in quality control within food manufacturing in the UK. You will ensure all products meet stringent quality regulations, manage a small team, and work closely with other departments to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the Quality Control team, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and investigations to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Lead corrective and preventative actions and report on any quality-related issues.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve any quality concerns and improve operational processes.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a quality control role within food manufacturing in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality management systems (HACCP, BRC, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and ability to analyse and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
