Key Accountabilities
As a seasoned Senior National Account Manager, you will have a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving growth. This is your chance to step into a dynamic role with full ownership of key accounts and P&L, focusing on some of the largest customers in the market. In this role, you will:
- Manage key grocery accounts with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven success in retailer negotiations and account management.
- Negotiate and agree on JBPs to drive sustainable, mutually beneficial growth.
- Oversee the sell-in and successful execution of new product launches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative shopper marketing plans.
- Act as a key internal stakeholder to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify and support new business development opportunities.
Personal Profile
- At least 5 years of FMCG experience, working with grocery multiples.
- A natural relationship builder with outstanding communication skills.
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Resilient, tenacious, and thrives with a challenger brand mentality.
- A self-starter who is flexible, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
