Production Shift Manager

Are you a Production Shift Manager or Senior Supervisor looking for a role that will offer you investment and a pathway to Production Management?

We are a currently working with a well-established, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a brand new position to join the team on a Mon-Fri 3-11pm.

This is a rare role that is looking for someone who has operated at Supervisor/Shift Manager for 3-5 years and looking to step up into Production Management.

You will be responsible for quality, food safety and H&S standards are met, continuous improvement, people management and development, performance management, objective and target setting.

You will be a hands on leader who likes to lead from the front, strong communicator, management skills, methodical and problem-solving ability, pro active and re active.
