Let Me Help You Land Your Next Big Opportunity

As a recruitment consultant, I come across countless roles every day – but every so often, a standout opportunity lands on my desk. This is one of those moments.

We’re looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who’s ready to make a difference in the fast-paced world of food production. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background, this could be the career move you’ve been waiting for.

Why This Role Is Worth Your Attention:

Real Impact, Real Reward: Your work ensures the production line keeps running and the nation’s food supply stays on track.

More Than Just a Job: Join a forward-thinking company that’s not only focused on innovation but also deeply committed to sustainability and reducing waste.

Career Development: With a competitive salary, opportunities to grow, and access to cutting-edge tech, this role sets you up for long-term success.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping production equipment running like clockwork – diagnosing, fixing, and optimising machinery to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborating with the production team to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Implementing process improvements – because good isn’t good enough when better is possible.
  • Staying on top of safety and compliance, from food safety standards (HACCP) to Health & Safety regulations (PUWER).
  • Driving sustainability by cutting waste and improving energy efficiency across the board.

What We’re Looking For:

If you tick these boxes, I want to hear from you:

✔️ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
✔️ Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG – you know the demands of a fast-moving production environment.
✔️ Knowledge of HACCP, PUWER, and other relevant standards.
✔️ Solid technical skills – from AC/DC drives to reading schematic diagrams.
✔️ A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

What’s In It for You?

The chance to be part of a growing, innovative team that values your expertise.
A highly competitive salary with benefits that reflect your skills.
Real opportunities for progression and development – we want you to grow with us.
A role with purpose, where your work supports sustainability efforts and makes a real-world impact.

I know it’s not every day that the perfect opportunity comes along, but this one might just be for you. If you’re ready for a new challenge and want to be part of a company that’s making a difference, don’t wait.

Apply today and let’s have a conversation about what’s next for you.
