Business Development Manager – Food Manufacturing (London)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Car + Bonus

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join a leading food manufacturing company in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding the business and driving new sales in the food sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow the client base within the retail and food service sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities for growth. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver on business objectives. Drive revenue growth through effective account management and acquisition. Present and negotiate proposals with major retail clients, ensuring that the company’s products and services are positioned effectively in the market. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Business Development, ideally within the food manufacturing sector. Strong background in retail sales, with a track record of developing new business and managing client relationships. Previous experience in food service would be beneficial. Experience in bakery or related food manufacturing industries would be a significant advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. A full UK driving license is required for travel to clients.
