We are partnering with an innovative and well-established business in the food manufacturing sector to find an exceptional Head of Commercial. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the forefront of its industry, offering a competitive salary of up to £90,000 (depending on experience).

About the Role:
As Head of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial strategy, managing key accounts, and overseeing contractual negotiations. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based in Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Negotiate contracts using standard FOSFA terms and customer-specific conditions.
• Manage and expand key client relationships, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Oversee compliance with RSPO standards and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead and mentor a dynamic team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the food manufacturing industry.
• A strong background in oils and fats would be highly advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of RSPO standards and FOSFA contracts.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term goals with day-to-day responsibilities.
• Effective communicator with leadership experience.
