Are you a dynamic and experienced B2B sales professional with a proven track record? Excited to work with an international leader in the ingredients sector that’s seen phenomenal growth over the last five years? If so, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!
We’re searching for a talented Commercial Business Manager to take on a national role, working with multi-site businesses across the food manufacturing and foodservice sectors. You’ll be at the heart of the action, driving growth, introducing exciting new products, and building strong, lasting partnerships.
Key Accountabilities
- Building trusted relationships with buyers and key decision-makers.
- Achieving ambitious sales targets while driving revenue and profit growth.
- Collaborating with teams to bring innovative new products to market.
- Leading negotiations and securing deals that deliver real value.
- Providing expert technical and sales support to clients nationwide.
- Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Personal Profile
- A confident presence, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven success in B2B sales, in the food industry, ideally within the ingredients or related sectors.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to spot opportunities and craft strategic solutions.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK as needed, with a full driving license.
- Some international travel may also be required.
